I have health issues / I am pregnant.
Can I practice Yoga?

Prior to enrolling to any class, you will have a FREE consultation, where these questions will be asked.

Please provide these details to discuss further. 

Can I access your online classes at any time?

All the online classes are recorded.

Some needs to be Live Classes only, so that the Instructor will guide accordingly.

There are few courses where recording will be shared on the App.

How should I prepare for the session?

IMPORTANT POINTS TO KEEP IN MIND 

  1. Maintain empty stomach condition 2 hours before the session.

  2. Create a place where you can practice yoga.

  3. Internet connection must be robust.

  4. Keep your phone/laptop fully charged.

  5. Keep a water bottle next to you.

  6. Props - Keep a cushion, yoga block and a Yoga Strap handy in case you need support. Standing beside the wall may be essential for beginners during balancing asana practice.

  7. Wear comfortable clothes during the sessions.

  8. Roll out your yoga mats for the sessions.

  9. Fix your Phone/Laptop & set frame for better visibility of trainers video.

  10. Make sure you are not interrupted by any phone calls during the sessions.

  11. Kindly inform if you have any medical problem or if you are a pregnant lady

  12. No Online session on Saturday/Sunday and on National Holidays.

  13. Join ten (10) minutes prior to online sessions.
